Complementary Wellness

Pranic Healing at Prrana Physio Care

A non-touch, energy-based wellness practice — offered alongside physiotherapy for those who choose a more holistic approach.

What is Pranic Healing?

Pranic Healing is a complementary wellness practice developed by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui. It works with the understanding that the body has an energy field that can become depleted or congested over time — through stress, illness, or injury. By working with this energy field, practitioners aim to support the body's own natural capacity to restore balance and wellbeing.

Dr. Ekta Singhal is a certified Pranic Healer and has been practising it alongside her physiotherapy work for over a decade. At Prrana Physio Care, patients who are interested may opt in to Pranic Healing sessions as a complement to — never a replacement for — their evidence-based physiotherapy care.

How a Session Works

What Happens in a Session

A typical session lasts 30–45 minutes. No physical contact at any stage.

1

Intake & Intention Setting

A brief conversation about your current health, energy levels, and wellness goals. This helps Dr. Ekta understand how to tailor the session.

2

Energy Scanning

Without any physical contact, Dr. Ekta scans the energy field to identify areas that feel depleted or congested. You remain fully clothed throughout.

3

Cleansing

Stale or congested energy is gently removed from the affected areas of the energy field using specific hand movements above the body.

4

Energising

Fresh prana (life energy) is directed into the cleansed areas to support natural balance and restoration.

5

Stabilising

The energy is sealed and stabilised so the changes can hold. This step helps integrate the session's effects.

6

Rest & Grounding

A few quiet minutes of rest to allow the energy body to settle. Many people feel calm and grounded after this phase.

How Dr. Ekta Integrates Both Practices

Dr. Ekta brings 25+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience together with her certification as a Pranic Healer. She believes that physical recovery is only part of the picture — and that stress, emotional load, and energy depletion can slow the body's natural healing process.

For patients who are open to it, she may offer Pranic Healing sessions as an optional layer within their care. This is always alongside a full physiotherapy plan, not in place of one. Every patient's primary care remains grounded in evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.

Pranic Healing is entirely optional. You can receive full physiotherapy care without it.
